Since McDonald's has chosen not to have email contact available, I am posting an open letter to them.
After reading about the savage beating of a customer in your Rosedale, Maryland restaurant, seeing the video, and your response I have decided that I will not set foot in your restaurants for the foreseeable future.
The actions (or rather non-actions, aside from the recording of the incident by your wannabe gangsta employee) leads me to conclude that your restaurants are not safe and are staffed by uncaring neanderthals.
Your response should have been to take responsibility and to immediately fire every employee involved. You did neither.
Until I see McDonald's apologize to the woman who was assaulted, pay her medical bills and damages for her injuries, fire every single employee who was on duty at the time of the incident, and institute new employee training to combat racism by its minority employees against non-minorities, McDonald's will not see one penny in business from me or my family.
For those who have not heard about the incident in which a white woman was viciously attacked in a Baltimore area McDonald's by two black females, was left to fend for herself by black employees, and the incident video recorded by a black employee, see story and video here.
